Remarquable sense of service and very nice hotel;rooms are also very nice and the beds and bath extra.No noise and the food is just like the best hotel in France .For health service is also all well done Myself and my three daughters were thrilled with all aspects of our stay at Hotel Mondschein its convient situtation to all amenities, the helpfullness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room and the view from our window on the river Inn was wonderful very pleased with your service The hotel manager spoke english and was very helpful in every way. When we were not happy with the room we were assigned he offered us an alternative as well as a suite for 50 euro more per night which we took. He greeted us by name during our stay and helped us with useful information repeatedly. The hotel arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at 5am on our day of departure. The daily breakfast was nice including made to order eggs. The hotel restaurant also had outstanding desserts. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Reception staff persons were friendly and helpful with arranging for Innsbruck Cards, answering transportation questions, and renting bicycles. Room was very nice with comfortable bedding and a beautiful bathroom. The balcony provided a nice quiet view and a wonderful way to bring fresh air into the room. Another major positive aspect was the location. It was right next to old town, but just outside of the pedestrian zone so that we could get our luggage and rental car into the area with no problems. Booking was easy and the confirmation arrived promptly, which provided peace of mind since we had never been to the area. We didn't have any problems, so we didn't really test other aspects of your customer service. All our comments about this hotel would be positive. Lovely food. Lovely bedroom. Attentive Staff. Service from your company excellent, thank you! The hotel is beautifully decorated with rich, dark woods. The view of the alps from the balcony is breathtaking. The reception desk is very helpful in guiding tourists to hiking trails, restaurants, and other sights. We would HIGHLY recommend the attached restaurant, as the food is spectacular! Although this hotel is a bit removed from downtown Innsbruck, all sights are easily accessible by car and the price is very affordable compared to the downtown hotels. It's great to have the convenience of booking online, pictures and reviews of locations to peruse, and instant confirmation emails. Thanks! Astrid at the fron desk was particularly helpful with travel tips, etc, also very friendly. we atually extended out stay to 5 nights, not two. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms very well kept. We had a problem that the beds were too low for my husband, but the hotel graciously gave us an extra matrtress so that he could easily get out of bed Very clean, excellent restaurant on premises. Convenient to the city and sights, with helpful staff. Excellent. Would definitely book through you again. The hotel was attractive and felt spacious. Loved the staircase. The Bar area was great for having a relaxing drink. Half price drink were fantastic and made a huge difference to our stay. We had a baby with us and the staff were wonderful, put a cot in the room, cleaned sheets when our baby was sick (she was ill) and all with a big smile and a "no problem". The service was first class, in fact the staff coulnd'nt do enough to please. The hotel was clean and tidy and there were fantastic views from the room. The hotel location was good and the half price drinks were very much appreciated. Travel Online Services: Excellent friendly, helpful service at the entrance desk, spotless immaculate room, much appreciated internet access and loan of bicyles. Possibly slightly less helpful service in the restaurant the following morning breakfast (though dinner the night before was fine). During our stay at the hotel the staff, food and accomadation all contributed to making our visit to Salzburg 1st class. we will both definately revisiting the hotel/city in the near future. The hotel staff were approachable and friendly. I arrived early before the check-in time but was allowed to have my room after a short wait. It was a very welcoming gesture for someone who has arrived cold and tired. The breakfast room was cosy and the tables were set up with candles and little ornaments. The setup gave a warm and cosy touch to the room. Lovely garden and atrium, quiet place to relax away from traffic, crowds. Excellent access to sites via public transport. Front desk was very responsive and helpful. Convenient location, just 5 minutes away from the station; Nice and helpful staff; Beautiful breakfast room and the food is good. Peaceful environment gives you a very good sleep. |
