Positive aspects:
Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I interacted with many staff all of whom were very willing to help and could always provide a quick answer, whether basic information to great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. All were very proficient in English and of course were flurent in German.

Negative aspects:
The furniture in the room was old, which gave it a dusty / musty feel, but I did not have any specific problems. These comments apply to the room itself, as the bathroom was very clean.
