Positive aspects:
It was very clean and quite central.

Negative aspects:
Even though it was in an old building it had no character and could have been any modern hotel in any european city. We went to book for extra nights. There were no nights available but the staff did not suggest another hotel. We went to stay in the Savoy hotel. It was an older hotel but had a lot of character and the staff were very friendly in comparision to the NH. I think the NH Belvedere is more of a business type hotel

Positive aspects:
It is in a fairly central part of Vienna and has pleasant interior and clean rooms. Staff are friendly and comely. Rooms are nice, though one would expect them to be larger when comparing the prices and room size of other NH hotels in Vienna with the Belvedere. Rooms are tastefully furnished and the beds have fresh, comfortable lenins.

Negative aspects:
Rooms size could be better when compared to the location and price.
