Positive aspects:
Staff is very friendly and more than helpful. The location is great for shopping and even within walking distance to the old city. The hotel is only a few blocks from the Westbanhof, so all of the city and even the airport is very accessible.
Negative aspects:
Rooms were a bit old and needed a facelift, but the hotel was in the process of remodeling when I was there.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
I had a very enjoyable stay at your hotel and would reccommend it to anyone. The only complaint I have is that when I was there my family could not find your telephone number on your internet site, that is all that was missing. The breakfast was very good and interesting and I would stay at your hotel if and when I have the opportunity to see Wien again.

Compared to the cities like London and Paris, the size of the room was reasonably large and the toilet facility was good. Food for breakfast was good, there were many choices. The staff working at the reception was very friendly and helpful and provided very good services.
Negative aspects:
There was no internet connection in the room except for one computer at the lobby. This was not convenient as internet has become the most important tool for travellers to book hotels, flights and other activities such as shows, concerts...etc. Althouhg the food was good, but re-filling of the food was rather slow, which means there were not much food left for late comers. Also there was no shuttle bus to major train station. 		My rating:

Positive aspects:
Your records must show that I was unable to stay at your hotel on the date shown. As I put in my earlier comment you do not advertise your telephone number so I and my family were not able to advise you that I had been taken ill and therefore was not going to arrive at the hotel. My stay on the 7th of May 2005 was very comfortable and would stay again if I had the opportunity to do so.
