The Hotel Park-Villa is a unique Jugendstil-style building constructed in 1888, in the era of "Art Nouveau". This private, family-managed hotel offers superb service combined with traditional Viennese magic and flair. Every room offers contemporary 4-star amenities, including private bath and shower, hair dryer, satellite TV, radio, phone, internet access (wireless LAN connection) and minibar. Majority of rooms offer adjacent balconies.

A plentiful buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, coffee and pastries are served in our saloon and garden.

Free parking is possible on the street directly in front of the hotel and a garage is located nearby (5 minutes walking distance from the hotel). There's also a coach parking in front of the hotel.

For guests who arrive by airplane, we offer a Euro 33,- per ride and per vehicle personal transfer service from and to the airport.

Dogs are permitted by request (the hotel must be informed in advance of the dog's breed and size).

The conference room allows one to hold seminars and meetings for up to 18 persons.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations can be made:
5 days whole year except for top congress dates and New Year's Eve
31 days on top congress dates and New Year's Eve
or earlier prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel without any charges.
Group cancellation can be made 31 days prior to arrival day.
Later cancellations or no-show will require charging for the whole stay.

* For a booking we need the name of the airport of departure, the airline, the flight number and the arrival time.
A chauffeur waits for your guests with the name sign of the guest, directly at the arrival hall.

The USD rates fluctuate according to the EURO rate of exchange.

Location

The hotel is situated in Vienna's finest residential area, only a 10 minute bus journey away from the city center. The nearest airport is only 20-35 minutes by taxi. Private Pick-Up service is available. The Westbahnhof - Railway Station is 10-20 minutes by Underground or Taxi.

Buses 40A, 35A, 37A go to city center and underground stations. Stations are opposite and very close to the hotel Stations of tramway buses 38, 37, 10A to Grinzing, Castle Schoenbrunn and city center are just 5 minutes away from the hotel.
