Positive aspects:
Clean friendly and very helpful staff when we had a problem with some theatre tickets. The hotel is very central and close to all aspects of Vienna, eg trams, other public transport etc. Also easy for the night life of Vienna.

Positive aspects:
We had an excellent time...great location....quiet but central. Loved the room and the lift. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will certainly stay again if we come to Vienna and if available!
