Positive aspects:
Very good location, virtually in the heart of Vienna. Convenient to restaurants, shops and majot attractions.

Negative aspects:
Room sizes only average, very small bathrooms. Laundry service didn't work, resulting in having to check out with a lot of dirty laundry, which should have been washed and pressed according to the hotel policy. Seemed like staff error, and apologies were not received.
