Positive aspects:
Contrary to our first stay, we were lodge in the new part where a at least a small elevator was available to carry luggage instead of carryin the luggage for 3 flights of stairs. Located not to far from a subway station and trams were available on every streets.

Negative aspects:
A bit far from shopping areas or downtown.

clean basic room and bathroom, nice diningroom, can't remember the breakfast since it was five months ago, think it was okay, must have been or I would have remembered it as negative

Positive aspects:
The room was large and clean. The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was lovely, especially sitting outside in the garden. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Negative aspects:
The only negative aspect was that there was nothing really around the hotel for tourists and I had to take the subway to go to the main attractions. But for the price and the other good aspects the hotel was worth the subway ride.

Positive aspects:
Hotel Gabriel is situated in a nice, old shopping district of Vienna. It's only a few minutes from the main attractions of Vienna, eg. Art Museum, History Museum, the Palace, etc. It takes only one bus to get to the Rings (the center of Vienna). The U-bahn is also on Landstrasse Hauptestrasse, which is very convenient and easy to access. The U-bahn really cuts your traveling time in half. It's very safe and fast to get around to your destination. The street where Hotel Gabriel is located also has a connected U-bahn (Cat) that will take you directly to the Airport. Grocery stores and bank are right across from this hotel. There is also a movie theatre, mall and a flea market on this street. There are also many restaurants near Hotel Gabriel. There is an internet shop a few yards away from the hotel! The room service is great. Great service and kind people!

Negative aspects:
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that they didnt have room service. Breakfast is the only meal they serve, but I guess it works hand in hand since there are many restaurant on this street.
