Located in the center of Vienna, the Furstenhof hotel is set in a completely renovated apartment-house build at the beginning of the 20th century. The Fürstenhof is one of the last really old family-run hotels in Vienna. Since the beginning of the 20th century, it has been family-owned by three generations. In the Fürstenhof hotel guests will enjoy traditional hospitality and special friendly atmosphere. It is one of the traditional old family-owned hotels in Vienna where guests will feel like at home.
It enjoys a privileged location at the corner of Vienna's main shopping street Mariahilferstraße that will give guests good access to all public transport of Vienna. The hotel is opposite the western railroad station Westbahnhof.
We are certainly not a luxury hotel in the "American-style." There is neither a swimming pool, a sauna, and certainly not a fitness center. However, we offer personal care beyond the usual "normal" hotel hospitality. With us you are neither a VIP, nor a customer, but simply a guest.
The hotel rooms are equipped with a bathroom with bath or shower (most of the rooms), telephone, mini-bar, cable-TV and modem connection on request.
For guests who prefer to spend their money rather on a good glass of wine or a "Wiener Schnitzel" instead of paying for an expensive hotel room, the hotel prepared economy single and double rooms without a bathroom.
Of course, there's a bathroom on every floor available with no charges.
The hotel features breakfast-buffet from 7 am until 12 am - a special service for our night-owl guests.
There are several excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and three parking garages.
The hotel accepts major credit cards.
