Positive aspects:
Location is very good. It is very close to center of the city.

Negative aspects:
Hotel is nice, but they don’t have porter to help you with your luggage so you have to carry your luggage all the way to elevator that is not fun when you carrying it for 10 steps up or down. You can’t depend on operator for wake up calls. We almost missed our tour because they didn’t call us, to wake us up in the morning, even though we requested it the day before.
