Positive aspects:
Very pleasant rooms, exceptional staff and owner, delightful breakfast offerrings, treats throughout the day, relaxing "living room" to gather with travel friends, good location for museums, music and public transportation and genuine concern by all the staff for our comfort and successful visit.

Negative aspects:
Mildly irritating to have the recycling bins immediately accross the street. The citizens of Vienna appear to be very dedicated to recycling their glass bottles at all hours of day/night. I appreciate the focus on recycling, but am not too pleased with the noise at night.

there must have been a night club near by because we heard very heavy rock music for a long time.
