Located close to the church in the middle of the romantic village of St. Gilgen at the edge of Lake Wolfgang, the comfortable family run Gastehaus Kendler hotel is one of the region's oldest guest houses (first officially documented in 1420), that has been owned by the Kendler Family since 1865. It consists of our main hotel and a guesthouse that's located nearby.

The hotel features well equipped rooms with a bath, toilets, safe, telephone and TV, and some with balcony, both in the hotel and in the guesthouse nearby.

Dogs are allowed.

A la carte restaurant: The hotel's first-rate kitchen enjoys an excellent reputation, featuring fine natural products direct from own butcher's. A butcher's that has been in the family's hands for some 125 years and is famous for its selection of home-grown meats, sausage and ham. bistro "Le boeuf d'or" with a selection of fine wines, specialities and cocktails from all over the world.

The Hotel is closed from the 13th to 30th of April and from the 11th to the 31st of October.
