Positive aspects:
friendly, helpful service at the entrance desk, spotless immaculate room, much appreciated internet access and loan of bicyles. Possibly slightly less helpful service in the restaurant the following morning breakfast (though dinner the night before was fine).

Negative aspects:
It's a while ago but I think I remember that the following day the was a little bit of confusion with the sun shade on the private bathing stage - I seem to recall the tags hadn't been removed from the afternoon/evening before, but I'm pushed to remember because everything else was pretty good.
