Convenient location, helpful staff, good breakfast

Negative aspects:
Furnishings in room were shabby and run-down. Bed was very comfortable, but couch and chairs were not. Electric outlet in bathroom didn't work.

Positive aspects:
Close to the rail station and public transportation. Beautiful rooms, helpful and knowledgeable staff, fantastic food and service. I would stay here again, and have already referred friends to stay here.

Negative aspects:
There was only one internet access point. We would have liked to have had internet access in our room. Also, it was extremely hot weather during our stay (mid July); an air-conditioned lounge or restaurant would have helped us cool off more than just fans in the rooms, although we understood that travelling in Europe in July might get uncomfortable.
