Positive aspects:
1. Staff was very helpful with telling us about the different sites to see and how to get there. 2. The location of the hotel was great, right next to the autobahn and a few minute bus ride into town. 3. The staff was very accomidating with our young son and our stay.

Good parking facilities, close to airport, comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant on site

Would not have been very convenient if proximity to Salzburg centre was prime requirement

Positive aspects:
The hotel staff were approachable and friendly. I arrived early before the check-in time but was allowed to have my room after a short wait. It was a very welcoming gesture for someone who has arrived cold and tired. The breakfast room was cosy and the tables were set up with candles and little ornaments. The setup gave a warm and cosy touch to the room.

Negative aspects:
There was only 1 bus going to the hotel from town on Sundays and public holidays, which was a little inconvenient.

Small hotel, good placement in the town (good conection with the downtown historical center, close to a large commercial center and easy acces to highway). Good price, accepting a variety of credit cards. Plenty of free parking. Excelent breakfast buffet.
