Positive aspects:
Our stay at the Lasserhof Hotel was nearly 5 months ago so I do not remember specific details. All I can say is that we very much enjoyed our visit to Salzburg and our accomodations were good. The people at the front desk accomodated us and our needs very well.

Positive aspects:
We enjoyed our room, very nice bath, comfortable beds and lots of woodwork. Parking was easy, we drove right to it, and it's location was an easy walk to the historic area, and in particular the Thursday morning Farmers market which we specifically wanted to go to (we bought lots of smoked meats for the rest of our trip). The complimentary breakfast was a feast, the staff was helpful, and there was always someone who spoke English on staff. I would definitely stay there in the future and recommend it to others.

Positive aspects:
Located within walking distance of the train station and the tourist attractions that the city had to offe. Excellant breakfasts were provided.
Negative aspects:
I had asked for a non-smoling room due to being an asthmatic, but the room I had reeked of smoke and a ashtray was present although a no smoking sign had been set beside it. The room was located in the back of the building and the one window didn't allow the room to cool of til early morning. Being a large person I was barely able to get into the shower. 		My rating:

nice rooms at affordable prices. employees were very helpful. we had forgot to leave our room key at the previous hotel, your employee called the hotel and notified them, then mailed the key back. food was good also.
