Positive aspects:
We loved the hotel and the young lady at the desk was very, very helpful. I don't know if we will ever get the opportunity to travel to your country again, but if we did, we would absolutely stay at your hotel again. We have given your name to others thinking of travelling out your way.

Negative aspects:
It was a wonderful stay. We do not have any negitave feedback.

Positive aspects:
I love that the location is so close to the old town. I like the breakfast selections and absolutely love the hotel restaurant. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is a very comfortable hotel that I would recommend strongly to friends looking for hotel in Salzburg.

Negative aspects:
The room that we stayed in on this trip had very creaky floors as I would get up in the night to use the restroom I would waken my girlfriend. I also thought that maybe the people below us could hear the creaking so I was very careful walking around the room in the late evenings.

Positive aspects:
We were made most welcome although we arrived before our room was ready for occupation. The reception staff were courteous and efficient and able to communicate in English and immediately attended to any request made. The convenient location, slightly away from the main tourist attractions,was appreciateds well suited to our requirements.

Positive aspects:
Perfect location for walking anywhere in the old city. The oldest and probably most historic hotel we have stayed in. Accommodating staff.

Negative aspects:
It is rather difficult to find and drive to during regular hours. Parking is not available at the hotel and is not convenient.

Positive aspects:
A friendly welcoming hotel in a very pleasant part of town and easy walking distance of the principal sights. Breakfast, bars and catering generally excellent.

Negative aspects:
The rooms vary in size and there is a notable lack of storage/wardrobe space in some. (We had to ask to change rooms because of this and were offered two alternative rooms without any fuss). That said the rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
