Positive aspects:
Reception staff persons were friendly and helpful with arranging for Innsbruck Cards, answering transportation questions, and renting bicycles. Room was very nice with comfortable bedding and a beautiful bathroom. The balcony provided a nice quiet view and a wonderful way to bring fresh air into the room. Another major positive aspect was the location. It was right next to old town, but just outside of the pedestrian zone so that we could get our luggage and rental car into the area with no problems.

Negative aspects:
We couldn't eat in the restaurant because there was too much smoke from the patrons cigarettes.
