Positive aspects:
Your hotel staff was superb! Each of them helped us immeasurably. We cannot thank them enough for that. In particular were two of your receptionists who us with a package our daughter had sent via FedEx and had to be forwarded to us in Arezzo, Italy. We sincerely appreciate their intervention and assistance.
